Alterations to Flats
As a Leaseholder, you will likely need to obtain a 'Licence to Alter' your property from the Freeholder, particularly where you are proposing structural alterations, or major refurbishment.
We'll manage the correspondence between architects, planners, solicitors and of course, the Freeholder.
Section 20 Major Works
