What does it cost?
Our minor works subcontracting service is based on a fixed percentage of 20% of the Contractor's invoice.

So, if our Contractor's fee for the job at-hand is £250.00, we'll charge £50.00 for our service.
How do we know that your Contractor is competitively priced?
We obtain at least two quotations from Contractors for comparability purposes, which are then uploaded to our Portal for the relevant job for your approval.
